This is a great site! I have just begun learning AE, so I am following basic tutorials, but seing what can be done and beginning modifying what smart people did, is another way of learning, and can save a lot of time too! These projects are really advanced, so it would be nice if it were possible to ask the authors about how to modify them, but I understand that this cannot be so easy.
I downloaded about five or six templates, and in one case I could not use the project (problems during conversion from Windows to MAC). I’ll try again and eventually I’ll ask the authors.

Your templates are professional! Especially with your unrestricted license I would LOVE to use some of them. However, I downloaded several lower thirds to test. I could get them to work in After Effects; however, when I attempted to export them to Premier Pro, I always got this error:
“This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type.”
To anyone who wants to try them, I would highly recommend!

Just used a template for a wedding video. Worked out great and got the job done fast!
i was really skeptical about Free AE templates because i’ve been hit by hidden prices where they say free after you sign up with a credit card and pay X amount. so when I first tried it and was able to download free templates I was hooked. I love reverse engineering there templates and learn how to make ones just like it.. i say try it I love it.
What I like the most about Free AE Templates is the price. Well, that’s pretty obvious. But why beyond that? The fact that I can download a bunch of AE templates, and then learn about AE by tearing apart the templates. I am fairly new at AE and I love learning from others.
