You can close that fx by go to the “Text_precomp”, it’s in the “Pre-comps” folder. Then you will see 3 layers in this comp that have a same name, look at the second “[Logo/Text]” it contains “Layer styles” that include a “Gradient Overlay” fx. You can close an eye and then your original logo will appear.
